Data We Collect
We collect details such as name, address, age, and contact details, the reason we use this information is so we can organise appointments with our surveyor, and process your location to give appropriate service. We also need this info in the event we enter a contract with you.
Vulnerability Persons Info
Information such as any health issues or disabilities. We hold this data to allow us to adjust our service in accordance with your needs, such as changing how we conduct a survey e.g. someone who is housebound or suffers will mental illness.
Information about property
Information such as SCE grade, and heating methods and existing insulation. We keep this information to allow a better service to decide your individual needs.

Information from publicly available databases. Consisting of Government statistics, environmental information, local weather data, property efficiency certificates (SCE).
How we use your personal data
We will use personal data for the performance of a contract, to manage issues/repairs, to process payments and refunds, to contact you and anyone we have authority to contact on your behalf.
We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
We also document our customers and allow access to records of purchase. We also adjust our marketing policy in line with what our current customers are like for example age, location, demo-graphic etc.
Who we share data with
We share your personal information with third parties such as, the sole traders who carry out work on the property and a third-party payment system to ensure secure payment of deposits. We share information with government lodging bodies where required, such as the SCE database (Sistema de Certificação Energética).
We reserve the right to share this information where it is needed to protect vital interests. This can include sharing information with courts or law enforcement. Or where there is an immediate risk of harm to someone.
We will keep your contact details and your records of purchase on file.
How Long We keep your data for
We will keep this information for 2 years for non-existing customers, and indefinitely for existing customers whilst company is operating. Existing customer records are kept to allow repairs, maintenance, and existing records for the duration of the products lifespan. Which in some cases can be up to 50 years.

Email marketing messages & subscription

An EMS is a third-party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.
Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR.
